Itongadol.- Israel is doing everything possible to return the three captive teens, Prime Minster Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon said in a special address to the nation on Monday evening.
Netanyahu said he had spoken about the kidnapping on Monday with United States Secretary of State John Kerry. One of the teens, has dual Israeli-American citizenship.
Netanyahu thanked Kerry for his condemnation of the kidnapping and urged other international leaders to follow suit.
Those who condemned Israel for building a porch in Jerusalem, should condemn this terrorist act, Netanyahu said.
“Those who oppose terror must do it everywhere,” Netanyahu said.
But he offered no news of the teens, who have been missing since late Thursday night.
The premier also threatened to target anyone who attempts to harm Israeli citizens.
Netanyahu said Israel\’s main concern at the moment was to return the three missing teenagers and deal with Hamas, whom he accuses of conducting the abduction. The premier said "we must be prepared that this will take time."
Ya’alon said he had no doubt that Israel would find the kidnappers.
In addition, he said, “Hamas is paying a heavy price as the result of an intense IDF operation against them.”
