Peres to meet with haredi soldiers

Itongadol.- President Shimon Peres is scheduled to meet with haredi soldiers on Sunday to discuss the recent violence directed at them from the haredi community, Israel Radio reported.
In the last week, at least two brutal attacks have occurred targeting haredi soldiers.
Bayit Yehudi Chairman and Religious Services Minister Naftali Bennett on Sunday condemned remarks made by Council of Torah Sages member Rabbi Shalom Cohen in a sermon Saturday against the religious Zionists.
Bennett in a statement called on Shas spiritual leader Rabbi Ovadia Yosef to condemn the "incitement campaign against the religious Zionists before it is too late".
