The 1500-square meter Israeli pavilion will feature products from 30 Israeli defense companies, including unmanned aerial and surface systems, air defense, and facility protection systems. Eurosatory began on Monday.
The Israeli pavilion will also feature advanced communications systems designed to give militaries a "significant edge on the modern battlefield," the Defense Ministry added.
Brig.-Gen. (res.) Mishel Ben Baruch, who heads the Ministry\’s Sibat defense export agency, said that Israeli defense companies have much to offer Europe on the issue of border security and control. "We are seeing a growing interest in Israeli technologies in recent years," he said.
The Israeli pavilion will exhibit a medium-sized drone that can remain airborne for 25 hours and is immune to GPS jamming, tactical drones for intelligence gathering missions, and systems designed to block hostile drones. Light-weight robots, and suits that are bullet and knife-proof will also go on display in France.
