Three Wounded in Car Blast at Major Tel Aviv Junction

 Police describe incident as criminal.

An explosion was heard at a major junction on Tuesday morning in the Tel Aviv suburb of Ramat Gan.
The Israel Police said a car exploded at the intersection of Arvei Nahal and Shefa Tal streets in a criminal, not terrorist, incident.

Magen David Adom ambulence services said three were wounded in the blast – two seriously and one moderately. Two men aged in their forties suffered wounds to their upper bodies and limbs, MDA said, adding that it had evacuated all three to Ichilov Hospital in the city.

The explosion took place shortly before 11:50 A.M.
