Itongadol.- Two Israeli civilians have been shot and injured in a Palestinian shooting attack at the Cave of the Patriarchs site in Hebron on Friday evening.
Both civilians were evacuated by paramedics to hospital. Magen David Adom paramedics said they evacuated one seriously injured 16-year-old youth with bullet wounds to his upper body and a lightly inured 18-year-old who sustained a gunshot wound to his limbs. Both have been taken to the Sha\’arei Tzedek Medical Center in Jerusalem for emergency care.
IDF units have launched a search of the area.
Judea and Samaria police said they put their forces on special alert with reinforcements in Hebron on behalf of the Haya Sara celebrations, which brought crowds to the Tomb of the Patriarchs on Friday.
