Itongadol.- The United States assigned Loretta Lynch to be General Attorney. She has a large trajectory in investigating organized crimes and terrorism throughout the world and she also contributed with the court case of the terror attack at AMIA.
Lynch has regularly collaborated with the public prosecutor of the AMIA case, Alberto Nisman. Both have met in several opportunities in Lynch´s offices in New York City and the information she bring was so useful to establish that the existence of an Iranian infiltration nor in Argentina neither in Latin America, and also that the Iranians have an Argentinian connection in the terror attack. As a result of that work, Lynch and Nisman have determinated that the Islamic Republic has an active participation in the 1994 attempt in which 85 people died.
“Her participation was crucial in making the report I delivered in 2011 about the Iranian infiltration in all Latin America. Lynch was the prosecutor that accused the Iranian agents of trying to blow up the Kennedy Airport in 2007. All the people involved was condemn, included Moshé Rabbani, the principal accused of the AMIA terror attack”, expressed Nisman to the Jewish News Agency about Lynch´s assignment.
If Lynch´s designation is approved by the Washington Senate, she will be the Chief of the Justice Department that is officially named as General Attorney of the United States of America.
The Argentinian Justice has accused Iranian people, included some public servants, of being involved in the AMIA attack. This has switched on the red lights of the INTERPOL in order to arrest them. This accusation was absolutely denied by the Islamic Republic.
The Argentinian president, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, has demand in different General Assembly of the United Nations to turn the Iranian suspects to testify.
In January 2013, Argentina and Iran started diplomatic conversations and signed the AMIA Memorandum to clarify the case. But this agreement never prospers and both Senate and Deputies established its unconstitutionality.
The Argentinian Prosecution repeated in several opportunities that the AMIA terror attack could not be make without and Iranian infiltration in Argentina and Latin America. As well as the detention of Lebanese terrorist in Peru last week corroborated what Nisman and Lynch affirmed in their report.
