The Southern District Attorney\’s Office on Tuesday filed an indictment with the Beersheba District Court against Hamas\’ infiltration tunnel engineer, Akram Juda.
Juda is accused of significant responsibilities for electricity in Hamas\’ Gaza tunnel network as well as assembling engines for drilling the tunnels.
The indictment also alleges that he was involved as a Hamas engineer in constructing rockets and bombs.
More specifically, the indictment says that Juda was responsible for electricity and engineering issues for five of Hamas\’ "attack" tunnels which allowed it to in behind the IDF\’s defense lines during this summer\’s war.
Juda also allegedly installed backup electrical generators if there were initial electrical problems.
