Itongadol.- Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y. – A local house was hit by eggs and vandalized by spray-painted swastikas and the word "Jews."
Police are regarding the crime as a "bias incident" possibly connected to a disagreement among youth, according to lohud.com.
The house belongs to a Jewish family.
Hastings Mayor Peter Swiderski said the vandalism "had the feel of kids" and called it "sad and disturbing".
Locals responded with the creation of "HOH Citizens Pursuing Tolerance," a resident reportedly said.
