AMIA Case. Nisman: “The President and Timerman agreed Iran´s impunity before the Memorandum”

 Itongadol/AJN.- The prosecutor of the AMIA attack case, Alberto Nisman, claimed today, in an exclusive interview with the Argentinean Jewish News Agency that the Argentinean President, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, and her chancellor, Héctor Timerman, agreed “Iran´s impunity” before the sign of the controversial and unconstitutional Memorandum between both countries, which was made at the same time that the judicial case.

 
“It has been more than two years since I have been working in this because Intelligence Secretary´s staff (SIDE) is involved, whose names I can not provide”, Nisman added. 
 
The prosecutor presented today a 300 page-denounce in which he afirms a “criminal confabulation” to “disassociate in a definitive way” the Islamic Republic from the terror attack of 1994 July 19  in which 85 people were killed.
 
Apart from Fernandez and Timermen, the denounce includes the congressman Andrés Larroque, Luis D’Elía and the Quebracho leader, Fernando Esteche.
 
On the other hand, AMIA´s president, Leonardo Jmelnitzky, expressed today to the  Jewish News Agency his concern and surprise about the acusation of the Iran cover-up operation Irán in the AMIA case that the prosecutor, Alberto Nisman, made to the Argentinean President and the embassador.
 
“This news shocked everyone”, assured today the DAIA Chief, Julio Schlosser, to the  Argentinean Jewish News Agency.
