In a dialogue with AJN Jewish News Agency, AMIA’s Secretary General, Julio Schlosser, made comments on Iran’s refusal to cooperate with the Argentine Justice and said: "The community cannot kneel down and AMIA will continue with its stance of denouncing in all forums the behaviour of Iran, as a state that leads to terrorism."
The statement signed by the vice president Ángel Barman and Schlosser stressed that "the attack is a crime against humanity and an act of international terrorism."
He also added that "INTERPOL considered that the arrest warrants met all the necessary requirements".
The release also urged "the international community to understand" that the systematic denials of Iran amount to "cooperating with the international terrorism."
AMIA also showed its concern that "if the international community can not manage to make this terrorists receive the punishment that the law envisages, we will be defenseless before a new attack".
